Trust grows through human connection. And human connection starts with conversation.

When people understand each other better, speak more openly and feel safe enough to say what they really think, organisations become stronger. Communication improves.

Responsibility grows. People feel that they belong. And they are better able to work together towards a shared purpose.

My work ranges from individual conversations and short sessions to leadership development and in-depth organisational assessments. Everything can be tailored to the particular needs of your organisation.

A Clarifying Conversation

A free one-hour online conversation

Not sure where to begin?

We start with a conversation about your organisation: what is working well, where you see challenges, and what you would like to strengthen.

Together, we explore whether trust, psychological safety, responsibility, belonging or purpose might be part of the picture — and what a useful next step could look like.

There is no charge and no obligation.

Trust Check-In

A focused 2–3 hour session for leadership teams

A practical starting point for organisations that want to understand where they stand on trust without committing to a larger programme.

Before the session, participants reflect individually on five dimensions of organisational culture:

Trust · Psychological Safety · Responsibility · Belonging · Purpose

During the session, we explore where the team sees strengths, where perspectives differ, and where there may be opportunities for improvement.

The aim is not to produce a score or a league table. It is to start an honest, structured conversation about how the organisation actually feels to the people working in it.

The session concludes by identifying a small number of priorities and practical next steps.

The Trust Check-In can stand alone or provide the starting point for deeper work.

Talks, Workshops & Sessions

From intimate leadership conversations to sessions for 50+ people, I create engaging spaces for people to think, talk and connect differently.

Sessions can stand alone or form part of a wider programme.

Performance Follows Trust

Why trust is not simply something “nice to have”, but part of the infrastructure of a high-performing organisation.

What’s the Meaning of Life — in Your Organisation?

A session about purpose: why we come to work, what makes work meaningful, and what connects individual motivation with organisational purpose.

How to Start a Safe Conversation

How psychological safety is created in practice — and how better conversations make it possible to disagree, challenge and speak honestly.

“I Trust You”

Why performance, responsibility and job satisfaction are connected to three of the most powerful words a leader can communicate.

Is There Anyone Out There?

Why leaders and employees can become disconnected — and how trust, presence and conversation can begin to close the gap.

Sessions are typically 90 minutes to half a day and can be adapted for leadership teams, smaller groups or larger audiences.

Leadership & Strategy

Trust is not created through a single workshop. It is shaped by how an organisation is led every day.

I work with leadership teams to explore the culture they are creating, deliberately or unintentionally, and identify practical opportunities to strengthen trust and performance.

We look particularly at:

Trust · Psychological Safety · Responsibility · Belonging · Purpose

The work can include leadership conversations, facilitated strategy sessions, team development and longer-term advisory support.

Organisational Trust Assessment

For organisations that want to understand their culture in greater depth.

Through confidential conversations, interviews, observation and analysis, I build a picture of how the organisation currently operates through the five dimensions of my Trust Framework:

Trust · Psychological Safety · Responsibility · Belonging · Purpose

Where is trust strong? Where is it being weakened? Do people feel able to speak openly? Is responsibility genuinely delegated? Do people feel that they belong? Is there a shared sense of purpose?

The aim is not simply to measure culture, but to understand what is happening beneath the surface — and identify where change could have the greatest impact.

Findings & Recommendations

The assessment culminates in a clear, practical report and leadership conversation.

Rather than simply describing what I have found, I identify the areas where change is likely to make the greatest difference and recommend practical next steps.

Depending on the organisation, this can lead to workshops, leadership development, facilitated conversations or a longer-term culture programme.

Everything Starts With a Conversation

Every organisation is different. My work is therefore tailored to the people, culture and challenges involved rather than delivered as an off-the-shelf programme.
