Conversations
Sometimes a good conversation can change the way we see things.
Trust is at the heart of my work with organisations. But trust also matters at an individual level: in our relationships with others, in the decisions we make, and in the confidence we have to find our own way forward.
Alongside my work with organisations, I offer one-to-one conversations for people who would value the time and space to think something through with another person.
You may want to talk about your working life, leadership, a difficult relationship or decision, a period of change, or simply a question that has been occupying you. You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem or objective.
These are conversations between individuals. I am not meeting you as a representative of your organisation, or because of your job title. I am interested in the person sitting across from me.
A conversation built on trust
Good conversations require trust: the freedom to speak openly, to explore ideas without immediately having to defend them, and sometimes to say things we haven't quite been able to articulate before.
My role is to listen, ask questions, challenge where useful, and help you look at what is happening from different perspectives. I don't arrive with a predetermined programme or a set of answers.
My background spans academia, writing, communication and diplomacy, and for many years I have been interested in questions of trust, meaning, relationships and how people navigate their lives and work.
Sometimes one conversation is enough. Sometimes people find it useful to meet several times.
If you think a conversation might be useful, you're very welcome to get in touch.
